Store items are custom made for you and so returns are not permitted except in the event of a item fault. We cannot be responsible for errors in user-selected options such as the product styles and sizes so we recommend you take care to take the correct measurements and choose your items carefully before placing your order.
If you make a mistake with your order please contact us within 24hrs from purchase and we will work with you to provide a reasonable and positive outcome for all parties.
In the event of requesting an exchange or refund the goods must:
a) be in the same condition they were when you received them;
b) not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging.
In accordance with the ACCC Guidelines we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind (eg. change of colour, change of style, change of size).
If you receive defective goods we will provide a repair, replacement or refund, and if there is a major failure with an item, the consumer has the right to chose the remedy, including requesting a refund.
