If you make a mistake with your order please contact us within 14 days from purchase and we will work with you to provide a reasonable and positive outcome for all parties.
In the event of requesting an exchange or refund the goods must:
a) be in the same condition they were when you received them;
b) not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging.
In accordance with the ACCC Guidelines we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind (eg. change of colour,
change of style, change of size). If you receive defective goods we will provide a repair, replacement or refund, and if there is a major failure with an item, the consumer has the right to chose the remedy, including requesting a refund.
